Yoga may be for you if you are trying to conceive. It may boost your fertility and help prepare your body for pregnancy.
Fertility yoga ultimately promotes relaxation for the mind and the body. It can help fertility due to helping to lower increased stress and anxiety when trying to conceive.
Our fertility yoga includes poses to promote blood flow, relaxation, and meditation to alleviate stress and breathing techniques to encourage control and mindfulness.
Our private 30 minute sessions, via Zoom, are suitable for any ability, from beginner to advanced, and can be accessed in the comfort of your own home. Sessions are available on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday between 9:15am and 2:00pm, and evenings at 7:30pm.
Our online classes are £15 per session.
