Through our classes we provide encouragement, instruction, and reassurance, so that you can explore and practise yoga poses and meditation at your own pace and level.

Our private 30 minute sessions, via Zoom, are suitable for any ability, from beginner to advanced, and can be accessed in the comfort of your own home. Sessions are available on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday between 9:15am and 2:00pm, and evenings at 7:30pm.
Our online classes are £15 per session.
