'Having tried various yoga classes on and off throughout my life I have finally found a yoga teacher that suits me perfectly! Charlotte's classes are gentle, varied and tailored to my needs. Her instructions are clear, always giving me the option of easier postures if I'm not feeling up to it. I leave each class feeling relaxed, centred and strengthened. It's convenient because I don't need to leave the house so also takes up less time overall. I also like it because I don't feel like I need to "perform". There's only me in the room so nobody can see how well or badly I'm achieving each pose, and because we're muted no one can hear the grunts and noises I make!

Charlotte's classes are really friendly and relaxing. She guides you fully through all the positions. So perfect if you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years. I'm really enjoying Charlotte's online yoga classes. They provide me with a bit of 'me' time and as they are at home I am able to remain relaxed or just roll into bed! I find Charlotte's classes calming and nurturing; she is clear and reassuring in her instruction, and I never feel pressured to push myself into a pose I'm not comfortable in (as was often the case with other classes). I thoroughly recommend them!
