Video and Photography
When taking photographs or video footage, we would ask that everyone remains sensitive to the feelings of others and always stops
filming or photographing should they be asked to do so.
It is our policy to ask everyone participating in the class if they are happy with photographs or video footage being taken during lesson.
If a parent or guardian's pictures or video footage contain anyone other than their own child or children, please remember that it is not appropriate to post them on public accessible websites and / or social media. Such images shall be for private use only.
Medical Information
When booking lessons, please advise us of any medical information regarding your child and if
necessary any medical information regarding the adult in the session. All medical information will be treated with the strictest
confidence and only the necessary teacher will be advised of the information to ensure safety.
Teachers
In most cases, Charlotte Yoga will provide the same teacher to maintain continuity but this may
change due to illness and circumstances beyond our control.

Limitations and Exclusions of Liability
Charlotte Yoga cannot be held responsible for any particular session, teacher and/or item of equipment not being available for whatever reason.
Charlotte Yoga reserves the right to make alterations to the sessions, teachers and/or equipment, as well as to those ancillary facilities (e.g. showers), provided to students, without notice and in its absolute discretion.
Charlotte Yoga will not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations except insofar as such loss is by law incapable of exclusion. It is the the parent or guardian's responsibility to ensure that their child is capable of undergoing a routine of exercises provided by any programme which they follow or class which they attend.
The parent or guardian accepts the risk of injury to their child from performing exercises and are advised to consult their child's doctor before their child commences a class or classes.
Charlotte Yoga accepts no liability for loss or damage to parent's or guardian's or child's property or for injury to students on the class premises or outside the class premises except insofar as such loss, damage or injury is by law incapable of exclusion.
In the absence of any proven negligence, lack of due diligence or breach of duty by the teacher(s), Charlotte Yoga, or its employees, the participation of you, your spouse/partner, child or those in whose care you have placed your child for the purpose of attending or observing Charlotte Yoga sessions, is done so entirely at your and their own risk.
Changes to our Policies
Charlotte Yoga reserves the right to change our Policies at any time and will inform customers of any such changes.
