These are explored and developed through stories, games, dance, balancing and movement, relaxation and breathing techniques, and engaging with music and sounds.
Classes for pre-school age children are currently run in an educational setting on a Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Sessions are £15 for 30 minutes. Classes can be of any size.
