Children’s Virtual Summer School Yoga

Payment of £27.00 is required in advance for six sessions. Classes will run from 21/07/2020 to 26/08/2020.

Adult Yoga at Home

Payment of £30.00 is required in advance for six sessions.

Cancellations, Credits and Refunds

If classes have to be cancelled by the teacher, a credit will be given or an extra lesson may be added to the end of the course where possible. In some cases, a refund will be given, as appropriate.

If the client needs to cancel a lesson, please inform the teacher by email or phone as soon as possible. Classes cancelled within 24 hours prior to the session will incur a cancellation fee of £10.00. The full cost of the session will be charged for classes cancelled on the day of the session.

If the client needs to cancel a lesson from a block of lessons paid in advance, a refund may be given at the discretion of Charlotte Yoga. The client may be required to provide supporting evidence for the cancellation.

Video and Photography

When taking photographs or video footage, we would ask that everyone remains sensitive to the feelings of others and always stops filming or photographing should they be asked to do so.

It is our policy to ask everyone participating in the class if they are happy with photographs or video footage being taken during lesson.

If a parent or guardian's pictures or video footage contain anyone other than their own child or children, please remember that it is not appropriate to post them on public accessible websites and / or social media. Such images shall be for private use only.

Medical Information

When booking lessons, please advise us of any medical information regarding your child and if necessary any medical information regarding the adult in the session. All medical information will be treated with the strictest confidence and only the necessary teacher will be advised of the information to ensure safety.


In most cases, Charlotte Yoga will provide the same teacher to maintain continuity but this may change due to illness and circumstances beyond our control.

Class Code of Conduct

Class participants have the right to:

  • Be safe and happy in their class
  • Be listened to;
  • Be respected and treated fairly;
  • Privacy;
  • Participate on an equal basis, appropriate to their ability;
  • Ask for help.

Class participants are expected to:

  • Listen to instructions;
  • Take care of equipment;
  • Respect the rights of others in the class;
  • Refrain from bad language;
  • Arrive to classes on time;
  • Not use mobile phones during sessions;
  • Wear suitable clothing.
Limitations and Exclusions of Liability

Charlotte Yoga cannot be held responsible for any particular session, teacher and/or item of equipment not being available for whatever reason.

Charlotte Yoga reserves the right to make alterations to the sessions, teachers and/or equipment, as well as to those ancillary facilities (e.g. showers), provided to students, without notice and in its absolute discretion.

Charlotte Yoga will not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations except insofar as such loss is by law incapable of exclusion. It is the the parent or guardian's responsibility to ensure that their child is capable of undergoing a routine of exercises provided by any programme which they follow or class which they attend.

The parent or guardian accepts the risk of injury to their child from performing exercises and are advised to consult their child's doctor before their child commences a class or classes.

Charlotte Yoga accepts no liability for loss or damage to parent's or guardian's or child's property or for injury to students on the class premises or outside the class premises except insofar as such loss, damage or injury is by law incapable of exclusion.

In the absence of any proven negligence, lack of due diligence or breach of duty by the teacher(s), Charlotte Yoga, or its employees, the participation of you, your spouse/partner, child or those in whose care you have placed your child for the purpose of attending or observing Charlotte Yoga sessions, is done so entirely at your and their own risk.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and your information. We only hold your data to keep in touch with you as follows:

  • We share news and information about what is happening at Charlotte Yoga or locally in your area and share educational materials with you;
  • We hold your data to help you manage your child's bookings and classes;
  • We help you connect with other parents and guardians in your area through our website and other social connections such as local, private WhatsApp groups that your teachers may have created for you.

Please know that your personally identifiable information is kept secure - only authorised teachers, employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.

All emails and newsletters from our site allow you to opt out of further mailings at any time. You can also send us a 'request to delete' all information or data we have about you and your child at any time.

We will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organisation.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Charlotte Yoga reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and will inform customers of any changes.
