About Us

In accordance with Government guidelines, our face-to-face classes are suspended during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and we are running yoga sessions for children and adults via Zoom. Please see below for details.

Our classes

We run classes for all. We provide encouragement, instruction, and reassurance, so that the individual can explore and practise yoga poses and meditation. Our restorative and relaxing yoga enables a sense of wellbeing, balance and harmony.

Classes for you and your children at home

During the current restrictions, we are running children's and adult's yoga sessions via Zoom and have also added some activities and stories for children at home during these challenging times.

Our Virtual Yoga Summer School children's yoga sessions will focus on confidence building, emotional awareness, anxiety management and breathing techniques.

Our Adult Yoga at Home sessions are suited to all; if you are a complete beginner, you will be supported through clear guidance and instruction, and if you have some experience in practising yoga you will be able to challenge yourself within the poses.

Our At Home activities and stories for children are an opportunity for them to explore something a little different from their usual routine during these difficult times.

Classes below are temporarily suspended during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation

Our Adult Beginners Yoga classes are one-to-one and are designed for adults new to yoga, through a six-week beginner’s programme. The sessions are tailored to the needs and expectations of each individual student and provide the student with a set of poses they can use at home on completion of the course.

Our Pregnancy Yoga sessions are one-to-one and tailored to your individual requirements. Pregnancy yoga is ideal for preparing you for labour and birth.

Our Mother and Baby sessions are one-to-one and are designed for mums to either return to yoga or begin their yoga experience. The classes encourage strengthening and stretching the body, whilst relaxing the mind. These classes include poses for mum and baby to do together.

Our Pre-School Yoga toddler yoga sessions provide opportunities for children to develop flexibility, coordination, balance, and social skills through stories, games, dancing, and movement, relaxation and breathing techniques, and engaging with music.

Our Primary Years Yoga classes are designed for children to experience yoga in a fun, yet structured and safe environment. Children build confidence, develop interpersonal skills, as well as finding ways to connect with their body and their mind. As a qualified and experienced primary school teacher, Charlotte ensures classes are personalised to each child’s individual needs.


Charlotte Yoga is run by Charlotte Wyatt, a registered BSY Children's Yoga Teacher and Yoga Teaching (Hatha Yoga) practitioner.

Charlotte holds The Professional BSY Children's Yoga Diploma, The Professional BSY Yoga Teacher (Hatha Yoga) Diploma, and the Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher Diploma. In these qualifications, she was awarded a Distinction.
